Client was pursuing numerous urgent cybersecurity initiatives, including data security, information assurance, mobile and endpoint security.

As part of this initiative they needed to address the management of corporate owned and non-owned mobile devices.

Execution

Intuitive assisted client in defining their mobility strategy across company owned and non-owned mobile devices, along with rolling out mobility management software to over 40,000 devices.

Intuitive provided ongoing management services for the mobility environment to support and maintain the mobile technology implementation.

Client benefited from a BYOD strategy that ensured email and corporate data security on all mobile devices.

The company needed to implement a solution to validate and remediate CIS compliance on all their computers. In addition, they needed a way to securely centralize and control access to decryption keys.

Intuitive implemented SaltStack Enterprise, a configuration and orchestration tool, to allow for instant auditing and reporting of all compute resources.

Intuitive developed custom code to centralize the deployment, capture and provision access to encryption keys across the enterprise.

Issue

The company needed to replace its BladeLogic software with a better automation process for a fraction of the cost.

The company needed to automate interaction with its password vault API.

The company needed to enhance and automate its orchestration processes for server induction, decommission.

The company needed to create an orchestration for its RedHat systems to authenticate against Active Directory.

Execution

Client: State Entity

Issue

The client needed to centralize and standardize network endpoint security and gain an organization-wide view of potential security threats across 135 agencies. This centralization was required by law.

Execution

The client issued an RFP and chose a network endpoint security solution from Intuitive resulting in a five-year contract for network security solutions, with an additional three-year extension.

Intuitive crafted a detailed plan to deploy and integrate critical solutions to 28,000 network endpoints to provide a more secure network for client employees.

Outcome

Results include zero significant disruption from malicious code since deployment, $2.3 million in projected savings for taxpayers over five years, six person-years in IT staff productivity reclaimed by centralizing security, and on-time deployment for 28,000 endpoints in six months.

Client: Supercomputing Manufacturer

A company providing some of the fastest supercomputers on the planet.

Issue

The company needed to create an automated process to provision and de-provision virtual computers, infrastructure, testing environments, and other custom-workspaces.

Execution

Intuitive implemented SaltStack Enterprise, a configuration and orchestration tool to allow for calling resources from various on-prem and cloud environments, facilitate their build and tear-downs. This was all implemented to provide a self-service model with permissions, auditing and approval mechanisms.
