Betsy brings over 20 years of experience in the IT staffing industry to Intuitive. Since joining the company in 2011, she has been a key part of its growth and success.​

She helped guide Intuitive’s transition to an ESOP, strengthening a culture built on collaboration, trust, and diversity, and she continues to serve on the company’s Board of Directors.​

Betsy is also deeply committed to her community, serving on the board of Wiggle Your Toes, a local non-profit that helps amputees heal, recover and flourish. Her greatest joy is time with her family, proudly cheering on her three amazing sons as they grow, change, and chase their own paths.

Erin brings a relationship-first perspective to the IT industry, focusing on authentic, trust-driven connections that power real results. She partners closely with key decision-makers to help staff IT and Marketing professionals on projects that fuel innovation and growth.

As a passionate entrepreneur and community builder, Erin founded OwnItWell, a nonprofit creating non-traditional, meaningful team-building experiences that strengthen culture and collaboration. She also actively supports CIOs Against Cancer.

Outside the office, Erin finds balance at the beach with a good book, tuning into Dave Ramsey, or enjoying life with her favorite person her husband, Aaron.

Brent has over two decades of diverse recruiting experience across various industries. He began his career as an Engineering Recruiter and has held senior roles at GE Capital and CDI IT Solutions, where he was a top producer.

Since joining Intuitive in 2013, Brent has leveraged his extensive network to secure top talent nationwide. Known for his keen eye for matching candidates with the right roles.

Brent enjoys fly fishing, boating, and family time with his wife and two kids.

Jennifer has over 20 years of recruiting experience, with a knack for matching candidates with clients’ needs.

Her career spans multiple industries and locations, including the tech-driven Bay Area and the Twin Cities. Jennifer’s passion lies in understanding clients’ business needs and aligning them with candidates’ aspirations.

Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, mountain biking, hiking, and camping with her family.

Sara has over a decade of experience in the IT staffing industry, starting her career at Intuitive in 2010. She quickly excelled in connecting consultants with opportunities that matched their skills and values. Sara expanded her expertise to full life cycle recruitment, operations, and process improvement.

Now serving as Operations Delivery Lead, she manages communication with consultants, subcontracting partners, and process enhancements.

Sara enjoys quality time with family and friends, fishing, crafting, and volunteering.

Michelle Menk has over a decade of experience in the IT staffing industry. She excels in overseeing large-scale budgets, streamlining financial processes, and implementing innovative solutions to drive growth.

With a strong focus on data analysis, Michelle provides actionable insights for strategic decisions and process improvements. Committed to continuous learning, she actively participates in workshops and conferences.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading, spending time with family, and outdoor activities.

Jay brings over 40 years of experience, including two decades at the intersection of healthcare and technology.

His extensive background in senior-level positions has consistently focused on organizations poised for growth, emphasizing collaboration and leadership development.

Jay is dedicated to diversity and inclusion, passionately guiding leaders to realize their full potential in their careers and lives. He holds an MBA and a BS in business administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Chris Moore is a seasoned IT professional with extensive leadership experience across the retail, hospitality, transportation, manufacturing, distribution, and utilities sectors. His expertise includes ERP implementations, network and data center infrastructure, database administration, and application development. An avid wildlife videographer, Chris enjoys flying drones and managing a fleet of trail cameras in northern Minnesota and Wisconsin. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Chris has lived in the Twin Cities for 25 years. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Quantitative Analysis and has also completed post-graduate work at Mississippi College.

Tari Sherry is a seasoned sales professional with over 38 years of experience in selling large, complex enterprise solutions globally. Throughout her career, she has successfully partnered with Fortune 50 companies in the Consumer Package Good, Retail, Healthcare and Automotive industries. Tari’s expertise spans her tenure at top technology firms, including Oracle, Altiris, Symantec, and IBM. Known for her consistent overachievement, her sales philosophy centers on helping customers identify value and driving collaborative strategies that align with their business goals.

Dustin LaValley is a distinguished financial and administrative leader known for his strategic vision and operational excellence. With deep expertise in Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), Dustin contributes specialized knowledge to Intuitive. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys golfing, outdoor activities, and playing hockey. A devoted family man, he actively participates in his children’s activities, balancing his successful career with his passion for sports and family life.

Lisa Pauly has been a valued member of the Board of Directors since 2017, providing strategic insight and guidance to the organization. With over three decades of finance experience, including a 9-year tenure as CFO at Intuitive before her retirement in January 2024, Lisa remains committed to the company’s long-term success. She is passionate about fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. In retirement, Lisa enjoys traveling with her family and is dedicated to community service through her volunteer efforts. She holds a BA in Accounting with a minor in MIS from Augsburg College in Minneapolis.
