Elevating Jay Syverson to Executive Advisor
We’re excited to share that Jay Syverson has stepped into a new role as Executive Advisor at Intuitive Technology Group.
This new chapter gives Jay even more space to do what he’s uniquely great at: offering clear, strategic perspective, asking the sharp questions that help us see around corners, and helping our team focus on the opportunities that matter most. He will remain closely connected to our clients and consultants, especially in moments where thoughtful insight and long-term context make the biggest difference.
Jay has been foundational to Intuitive’s growth and to the way we build relationships—with clients, consultants, and our internal team. Shifting into an Executive Advisor role is a natural evolution of his impact here, and it reflects our commitment to intentionally strengthening our leadership, sharpening our strategy, and investing in the future of the business.
You’ll continue to see Jay’s fingerprints on our work: in the way we show up for customers, in the decisions we make about where to grow, and in how we nurture the next generation of leaders inside Intuitive.
