Embracing The Journey

CELEBRATING SUSAN’S NEXT CHAPTER

Careers aren’t just a collection of jobs—they’re journeys, each phase bringing its own lessons and opportunities. Sometimes, the path leads us to new places, and embracing that change is essential for fueling both growth and passion. At Intuitive, we don’t just accept these shifts—we cheer them on, knowing that transformation happens when people step boldly into what inspires them.

When Susan joined us two years ago, I sensed even then that her journey might one day take her beyond Intuitive. Still, I’ve always believed that the greatest teams are built by people who are willing to evolve, chase new challenges, and keep learning. I’m deeply grateful for the time we shared with Susan. Her expertise, energy, and vibrant personality pushed our team in ways we never expected, making us stronger and better. It’s impossible to overstate the positive mark she’s left—her legacy will move us forward for years to come.

Am I sad to see her go? Absolutely. But above all, I’m grateful. Grateful for her contributions, for the culture and momentum she helped build, and for the privilege of watching her grow and thrive. It’s especially rewarding to see her next step align so perfectly with her passions and strengths—it’s a move that just feels right.

At Intuitive, people are at the heart of everything we do. Seeing talented colleagues like Susan blaze new trails is the highest compliment our team could receive. Thank you, Susan, for your dedication, drive, and authenticity. We’re better because of you, and we can’t wait to see all that you accomplish as you continue your remarkable journey. Chase those dreams—you have our full support and gratitude.
